The institute was opened in 2014. The college was built and opened by the DY Patil Unitech Society. It aims to provide quality and high-tech education in the field of Management. Admission To College

To get admission to this college you need to take an entrance examination. These entrance exams are CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT and XMAT. Admission to MCA requires you to take CET, MAH and MCA exams.

The admission is finalized based on a personal interview and a group discussion to know the aspects that students want and why they want to join the institute. The college takes personal interviews which are based on different questions and purposes.

1. PGDM- Postgraduate Diploma In Management : The course is a two-year program offered by the college. This course is for full-time only. The medium of teaching of the course is English only. The course is divided into 4 semesters and it only has a Choice Based Credit System.

2. PGDM in BM- Postgraduate Diploma In Management Business Management : The course is a two-year program offered by the college. This course is for full-time only. The medium of teaching of the course is English only. The course is divided into 4 semesters and it only has a Choice Based Credit System.

Specializations : The college provides specializations in this field. These are:

• • Financial Management: This course aims to amplify the knowledge of Finance and Financial Management. The students get a brief knowledge of banking, insurance, mutual funds and financial services.
• • Human Resource Management: This course aims to amplify the knowledge of Human Capital in an Organization. The students get a brief knowledge of the various processes needed in the field of management to acquire humans.
• • Marketing Management: This course aims to amplify the knowledge of E-commerce, Market research and Advertising. The students get a brief knowledge of problem-solving skills, decision-making skills and marketing concepts.

Selection Procedure

Eligibility Criteria

• • The students need to graduate from a recognized college.
• • The students must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the subject.
• • The students need to take entrance examinations. These examinations are CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT and NMAT.
• • The students need to clear the examinations for admission.
• • They have to take part in counseling.

Admission process

• • The students need to pay the application fee while submitting the form. It is non-refundable.
• • They have to participate in entrance tests, mock tests and group discussions

Selection Criteria

• • The admission of the students is done based on performance in the application test.
• • The selection test consists of a Common Entrance Test and a Group Discussion.
• • All eligible applicants will have to appear for the selection test.
• • If the students want to apply for more than one subject, they have to pay a separate application fee and the admission will be done on the preference of the students.
• • Change in admission to the different programs is not allowed after the admission is completed.

Scholarships

The college does not provide any scholarships. The reserved caste students of SC/ST/OBC can apply for the Maha DBT scholarship that is provided by the state government. The economically backward students also apply for a government scholarship that is EBC and can avail discounts on the fee.
