The institute is a self-build college and is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. It was started in 1998 and is a part of the Mahatma Education Society. The college has provided its students the knowledge of business through practical and theory lessons.
The courses of the college are approved by All India Technical Council Of Education (AICTE). The college offers MBA and MMS courses at the postgraduate level and Certification in International Businesses. The college has launched a course that is an Executive Program in Sports Management. The college aims to develop the students into successful managers and leaders with the help of theory education, practical lessons and interaction on global and industry levels.
To get admission to this college you need to take an entrance examination. These entrance exams are CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT and XMAT. Admission to MCA requires you to take CET, MAH and MCA exams. The admission is finalized based on a personal interview and a group discussion to know the aspects that students want and why they want to join the institute.
1. MMS- Master of Management Studies : The program is a flagship program offered by the college. The course is a 2-year program. The course is recognized by the University of Mumbai. The objective of the program is to offer the students knowledge of diverse industry domains, skills and domains. The program has been designed to provide the students with knowledge, concepts and techniques of Modern Management. It also develops the students with problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.

The college provides scholarships to economically weaker sections. They are only provided only scholarships based on merit. The college provides an education loan after you provide a letter to the college about the reasons you want an education loan.
The college does provide the students with placements. Before that, the students have to do a mandatory internship which is provided by the college so that the students can gain experience and skills.
